All purchses are as is. I am only responsible for shipping the items to you but will not pay to be returned. If you decide to return the art for any reason, only when I recieve the painting or prints is when you will be refunded. Allow at least 2 weeks for shipping and it may be longer depending upon if it's going to be shipped outside of the United States.
Any custom made potratits or designs are final sale. A deposite is collected for any custom work.
I will work diligently to communicate with you to insure that you are happy with the finish product. If changes are desired to be made once you see the work 3 times and we come to an agreement on the next process it will be solidified and you are now agreeing to pay the rest of the deposite. Custom designs should take a designated time that will be decided based on the time frame you need it to be finished by, the size and the overall design it's self.
